Job summary

Holland Residential LLC is seeking an experienced leasing professional to join our Juxt community in Seattle’s South Lake Union. The Assistant Property Manager will help the Property Manager with daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure top-tier customer service for residents and prospects.

The role requires multi-family leasing experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Multi-family leasing experience required; 1–2 years in property management preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required; sales experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations and staff coordination.
• Meet prospects and residents, explain lease terms, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain leasing data, process deposits, rents, and other funds in property software.
• Support marketing and leasing programs; participate in staff and safety meetings.
• Prepare reports and assist in budget and expense tracking.
