Job summary

Aigentless is seeking a Property Deployment Strategist to lead onboarding and deployment of self-guided tours for multifamily communities. You will design tours with Figma and Canva, configure tours in our platform, and ensure a seamless, branded prospect experience during launch.

You will train leasing teams, validate on-site tour paths, and analyze early KPI data to drive adoption and conversions. This role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with client leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years frontline multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• 1+ client onboarding, training, project management or implementation preferred (real estate tech/SaaS).
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects with tight timelines and high accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI dashboards and insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a travel-heavy role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new communities and system setup.
• Design self-guided tours using Figma and Canva per templates and brand guidelines.
• Build and configure tours within our platform before launch.
• Validate tour path logic on-site for a seamless prospect experience.
• Train client leasing teams and leadership on platform functionality and adoption.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to tailor workflows to leasing goals.
• Conduct post-launch QA and monitor performance metrics.
