Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in frontline multifamily leasing preferred.
• 1+ years in client onboarding, training, or implementation preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting KPI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, travel-heavy role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new communities.
• Train client leasing teams on platform functionality.
• Conduct follow-up quality assurance visits post-launch.
• Act as the primary onboarding liaison with clients.
