Job summary

Repwest Insurance is seeking a Property Damage Claims Supervisor to lead and develop a team of claims professionals responsible for investigation and resolution of property damage claims. The role oversees daily operations of claim adjusters to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling and/or supervising auto liability claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Adjuster License within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor adjusters on policy, procedures, claim handling, and desk management.
• Conduct daily claim file reviews for compliance and guidance on resolutions.
• Review and approve claim payments, settlements, and denial letters.
• Provide coaching and performance management to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Investigate and address customer complaints with effective resolutions.
• Prepare written responses to formal complaints to regulatory agencies (e.g., Department of Insurance, BBB).
• Establish and monitor performance expectations via evaluations and reports.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify development opportunities and improve results.
• Review and approve employee timecards and attendance.
