Job summary

Repwest Insurance is seeking a Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster for our Phoenix, AZ office. This in-office role handles bodily injury and property damage claims involving U-Haul equipment and properties.

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, review coverage, and work with independent adjusters as needed. The position requires strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills, with Arizona licensure to be obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have experience evaluating and negotiating auto insurance bodily injury settlements.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review claims to determine coverage.
• Conduct liability investigation by obtaining statements, review of photos, videos, police reports and any other evidence.
• Working with independent adjusters as needed for field work.
• Prepare forms and correspondence such as denial letters and release forms.
• Gather necessary documents to determine settlement value of claim.
• Maintain productivity within company set standards.
