Job summary

Dexian seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-location, cross-functional teams from concept through production and field deployment. You will manage cost, schedule, quality, and requirements with sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and field operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This onsite role requires strong communication, risk management, and agile/process discipline; you will drive gate reviews, track milestones, and ensure alignment across global teams,

Qualifications

• Associate degree required / BS in engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading projects from concept through deployment with global teams.
• MS Office tools (Teams, Project, Word, Excel) required.
• Strong independence and collaborative teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Engineering teams and sub-systems owners to ensure prototype and production drawings readiness.
• Coordinating with Supply Chain for drawings sharing and engineering discussions with suppliers.
• Ensure prototype parts delivery according to plan and follow up with suppliers and factory.
• Coordinate prototype installation with Engineering teams and tests turnbacks.
• Ensure production drawings are on schedule and track changes from tests.
• Manage program stakeholders, schedule, scope, cost, risk and resources with leadership.
• Support project reviews, gate reviews and executive communications.
• Plan, track, and communicate project goals, schedule, costs and milestones.
• Facilitate team meetings with focus on deliverables and timelines.
• Support process improvements within the program management team.
