Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Massachusetts to lead cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. You will drive cost‑effective materials management, coordinate ECO processes, and manage customer communications to ensure alignment with the statement of work and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• BSEE, BSME, MBA or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years previous experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with shop drawings, plans, schedules, prints, and specifications.
• Proficient with MS Office
• Familiarity with business information systems

Responsibilities

• Introduce quality and productivity enhancements with verbal and written recommendations to COO and Sr. Leadership.
• Coordinate periodic inventory planning with materials department to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales to launch new RFQs/RFPs and execute the statement of work and quote to customer.
• Establish expectations and communication cadence with internal and external customers.
• Direct a Program Management team across Purchasing, Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, and Customer Service; report weekly status to COO and Operations.
• Work with materials staff to optimize inventory and material costs.
• Coordinate with Engineering on new parts, revisions, and quality improvements.
• Hold weekly updates with customers; review performance vs objectives.
• Provide Sales with up-to-date order status and booking opportunities.
• Initiate internal ECO process and obtain customer PO for changes.

Education

BSEE, BSME, MBA or equivalent experience

Eight years experience

Strong written and verbal communication
