Job summary

Dexian seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations from concept to deployment. The role emphasizes cost, schedule, and quality management within stage-gate and agile frameworks, coordinating engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and field operations.

Located 100% onsite in Florence, SC (preferred) with potential in Bloomfield, CT, the PM will navigate complex dependencies, risks, and escalations to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BS in engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• Experience leading multi-functional, global teams through concept to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering teams and subsystem owners to ensure prototype and production drawings readiness.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to share drawings and engage engineers with suppliers for technical discussions and issue resolution.
• Ensure prototype parts delivery according to plan, tracking with suppliers and factories.
• Coordinate prototype installation with Engineering teams and subsystem owners, and manage turnbacks from installation and tests.
• Ensure production drawings are on schedule and tracked, including changes from tests.
