Job summary

Dexian seeks a Data Center Construction Manager for an on-site role in Quincy, WA. You will direct day-to-day field activities, coordinate with GC, vendors, and consultants, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality align with project documents.

The ideal candidate has a deg in engineering or construction mgmt, 10+ years in construction mgmt, and preferably CCM/PMP certification, with experience in critical environments. This is an onsite, 1-year role with relocation at your cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• CCM/PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years construction management experience required.
• 2-5 years in critical environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through closeout.
• Review GC/Contractor Project Executive Plan and procurement.
• Coordinate with GC/Vendors/Consultants on scope and proposals.
• Oversee schedule, cost control, safety, and quality performance.
• Lead client meetings and site inspections for OAC and reviews.
