Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital product management.
• 3+ years in lead or senior capacity.
• Proven Agile/Scrum delivery of complex tech products.
• Experience writing epics and user stories, backlog prioritization.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.
• Experience communicating across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from epics to release.
• Represent business needs to delivery teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Translate business needs between technical and non-technical teams.
• Prioritize investment and delivery based on customer needs and strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams; guide metrics-driven decision making.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Develop and track product metrics to measure benefits and adoption.
