Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility projects in Pittsfield, MA. This full-time, onsite role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects from initiation through completion.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and risks, lead project delivery resources, and ensure quality with rigorous documentation and reporting. A bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility and infrastructure projects with client personnel and contractors.
• Organize and utilize site records and drawings for project delivery.
• Support operations staff with Emergency Response Plans and Business Continuity Plans.
• Read and apply documents affecting real estate projects (agreements, leases, charters, surveys).
• Define scope of work, resource requirements, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk with clients.
• Lead project resources and conduct bid analysis, facilitating change management and client approvals.
