Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze figures and manage multiple sources of information.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budget, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Implement project governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely project documentation; report progress and variances.
• Lead the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; monitor progress.
