Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering, maintenance, and facility operations for a 250-acre campus.
• Supervise engineering staff and contractors, assign work, and provide technical guidance and training.
• Develop scopes of work and manage facility, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Partner with onsite stakeholders to support operational goals and maintain a safe, reliable facility environment.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and asset life.
• Oversee operation of critical systems including HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety, and building infrastructure.
• Maintain site records, drawings, and historical documentation to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards and company policies.
• Respond to emergencies and lead troubleshooting efforts for complex facility issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor team members and influence outcomes across disciplines.
