Job summary

CBRE North Reading, MA seeks an on-site Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle in a fulfillment/manufacturing environment, focusing on estimates and timelines.

You will lead coordination among owner, CM, architect, subs, and CBRE staff; read complex construction documents; perform site inspections; and maintain schedules with MS Project and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years PM experience.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing projects preferred.
• Driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate project lifecycle from planning through post-implementation.
• Maintain project budget and prepare change orders as needed.
• Create and manage project schedules using MS Project, Excel, or cloud tools.
• Interface with owner, construction manager, architect, subcontractors, and CBRE personnel to meet quality and schedule requirements.
• Read and apply construction documents, contracts, charters, specs, and drawings; manage risk and quality control.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and conformance.
