Job summary

TelevisaUnivision seeks a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the Engineering Project Management team. You will help plan and execute engineering and broadcast infrastructure projects, maintain schedules and budgets, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities onsite in Florida. Experience in media or technology environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, engineering, technology, or a related environment.
• Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent follow-through and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in media, broadcast, engineering, or technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and execution of engineering and operational projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, action items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding actions and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, commitments, and spend trackers.
• Support Project Managers with budget updates, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotes, purchase orders, deliveries, schedules, and project requirements.
• Track vendor deliverables, invoices, shipments, and outstanding issues.
• Support Procurement and Finance processes related to project purchases.
• Track equipment orders, shipments, deliveries, inventory, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate logistics between vendors, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project files, contracts, purchase orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, trackers, and other materials for project and leadership meetings.
• Identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure outstanding deliverables and documentation are completed.
