Job summary

TelevisaUnivision is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination of engineering and operational projects. You will maintain plans, schedules, trackers, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating meetings, notes, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires 2–4 years in project coordination, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced media/tech environment. On-site work in Miami, Florida with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, PM, Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related environment.
• Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, or logistics preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and ability to coordinate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and execution of engineering and operational projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding actions; follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain budgets, purchase orders, invoices, commitments, and spend trackers.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotes, POs, deliveries, schedules, and project requirements.
• Prepare project status reports and leadership materials.
