Job summary

TelevisaUnivision in Miami, FL is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to support engineering and operational projects on-site. You will maintain plans, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications while ensuring deliverables and documentation are current.

The role requires 2–4 years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint. Collaboration across Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and vendors is essential for successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, engineering, technology, or related environment.
• Experience coordinating vendors, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, or logistics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and execution of engineering and operational projects.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, action items, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding actions with stakeholders follow-up.
• Maintain project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, commitments, and spend trackers.
• Support Project Managers with budget updates, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors on quotes, purchase orders, deliveries, schedules, and project requirements.
• Track vendor deliverables, invoices, shipments, and outstanding issues.
• Support Procurement and Finance processes related to project purchases.
• Track equipment orders, shipments, deliveries, inventory, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate logistics between vendors, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project files, contracts, purchase orders, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, trackers, and other materials for project and leadership meetings.
• Identify and escalate potential delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure outstanding deliverables and documentation are completed.
