ITegrity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Meteorological Test & Evaluation Specialist to join our Sterling, VA team on-site.

You will lead testing and evaluation of meteorological observing equipment and weather data collection systems, guiding missions to ensure high-accuracy environmental data. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in MET equipment T&E, strong technical writing, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while working independently.

Qualifications

• BS in Physical Science required; MS preferred.
• 6+ years direct experience in test & evaluation of meteorological observing equipment.
• Willing to work on-site in Sterling, VA daily.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test & evaluation of meteorological observing equipment and weather-based collection systems.
• Analyze and interpret complex meteorological data to assess sensor performance and accuracy.
• Apply meteorological theory to improve observational methods and instrumentation.
• Operate, program, and maintain scientific equipment and lab instrumentation.
• Lead project teams and delegate tasks with limited supervision.
• Troubleshoot tech issues and produce high-quality test plans and reports.
