Job summary

Kokosing Construction in the United States is seeking an onsite Project Engineer to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage construction engineering activities for heavy highway and bridge projects in VA. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 2 years of relevant experience; bridge experience is a strong plus.

• Bridge experience is a strong plus.
• PE registration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities.
• Support project schedule and design interpretation for heavy highway and bridge projects.
• Develop and administer submittals, RFIs, and expediting material deliveries.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and ensure quality.
