Job summary

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience on large commercial construction projects; valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer software - Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoDesk Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager and superintendents: prepared monthly owner pay applications.
• Identify and resolve interface conflicts between the company and trade partners.
• Assist field supervisors with drawings, specifications, RFIs, and questions for architects/engineers.
• Develop and manage cost control and labor recap with the PM and superintendent.
• Process and estimate potential change orders and RFIs.
• Assist in development and management of the project schedule.
• Assist with engineering details and BIM/VDC interpretations.
• Track and report project progress and comply with safety programs.
