Merritt Woodwork is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Management and Engineering teams in Mentor, OH.

This onsite role requires managing project information in Procore, coordinating meetings and documentation, tracking changes, buyouts, schedules, and billing, and serving as a liaison between the project team, engineering, and production to ensure smooth information flow and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Construction, woodworking, or project coordination experience helpful.
• Procore experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support PM and Engineering teams by managing project information in Procore.
• Coordinate meetings and documentation.
• Track changes, buyouts, schedules, and billing.
• Serve as liaison between project team, engineering and production.
• Ensure information, materials, samples and deliveries move smoothly.
• Keep projects organized and on schedule.
