Merritt Woodwork in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end millwork and luxury interior projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate engineering and production, manage schedules, communicate with clients and teams, and ensure delivery on time and to exact specifications. This is an onsite position requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the millwork industry.
• Experience in project management and estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural millwork drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Understanding of field measurements and ability to identify potential measurement issues.
• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project reporting and documentation processes.
• Ability to manage schedules and ensure timely project deliveries.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Join our team managing exceptional custom millwork and luxury interior projects!

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end millwork projects from inception through completion.
