Job summary

Motion Recruitment has a client in the NY/NJ area seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join their Fort Ann, NY operations team. This onsite role offers a base salary and full benefits package.

You will coordinate with customers, project managers and installers, manage milestones, prepare work orders, review invoices, and monitor job sites. Salesforce CRM and architectural drawing knowledge are a plus; a Bachelor's degree is preferred with 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Reading architectural drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with customers, project managers, and installers.
• Multi-task and manage escalations daily.
• Set up projects and orders with milestone tracking.
• Prepare work orders and confirm scope and delivery dates.
• Review factory acknowledgments and installer invoices.
• Coordinate factory submittals and field checks.
• Monitor job sites and progress.
• Schedule and track product deliveries with manufacturers and carriers.
• Prepare weekly progress and backlog reports.
• Attend project meetings.
