Job summary

Carvart Solutions, Inc. seeks an onsite General/Field Superintendent to oversee daily field operations in New York. You will coordinate client communications, labor crews, and subcontractors, ensuring safety plans, JHAs, and installation sequences align with project schedules.

Responsibilities include managing site logistics, delivery scheduling, field reporting, and attending client meetings to resolve issues while upholding Carvart’s standards and procedures in all field activities.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in reviewing architectural drawings and engineering release documents for design and budget conformance.
• Knowledge of field coordination and construction sequencing for framing, finish, and project phasing.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Procore for site reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite communication between client and workforce to represent CARVART in the field.
• Coordinate installation sequence with trades and manage site logistics and access.
• Ensure safety plans, JHA’s and crew credentials are in place before installation.
• Produce daily/weekly field reports and attend client meetings as required.
• Support subcontractor coordination and resolve site conflicts while maintaining schedules.
