Job summary

Actalent in Newark, OH is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator/Dispatcher to support a fast‑paced, onsite dispatch and service environment. You will track service requests, manage data in Excel and Smartsheet, coordinate field technicians, and ensure accurate project records and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including updating and manipulating spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated project coordination and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage incoming service requests and work orders from receipt through completion.
• Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support job tracking and reporting.
• Enter and manage job information in Smartsheet and other tracking systems for accurate project records.
• Dispatch work assignments to field technicians and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Ensure proper close-out of jobs in relevant systems and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
