AMS Industries, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Project Coordinator to support Project Managers on a mission critical project located in LaPorte, Indiana. This role focuses on coordinating purchases, subcontracting, and project documentation to keep daily operations moving.

• Process PO’s and sub-contracts for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services.
• Process change orders.
• Job cost projections and job cost reports.
• Assist Project Managers with estimating, proposals, coordination, and close-out activities.
• Job invoicing preparation.
• Updating commodity pricing.
• Material/Equipment tracking and coordinate deliveries.
• Prepare PM’s for monthly PM meetings.
• Work with fab shop to coordinate deliveries/ordering materials.
• Coordinates activities with other trades areas, project manager or outside contractors.

Job Posting: Onsite Project Coordinator | Mission Critical Project

Salary Range: $58,000 - $75, 000

Reports to: Onsite Project Director

Located onsite in LaPorte, IN and reporting to the Onsite Project Director, the Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers in the success of projects while supporting their division and the leadership team.
