Job summary

Raytheon, an RTX business, seeks an experienced Program Management, Planning, and Scheduling professional to join the Planning & Activation organization in Tucson. This role focuses on developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across complex programs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and government standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of program planning, scheduling or project management experience.
Experience using MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, Project Server or similar scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Onsite development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project.
Ensure IMS is compliant with government requirements and resource loaded.
Support EAC/LRE processes and maintain program baselines.
