Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, and maintain by-product management programs.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for direct customer facility management.
• Travel throughout the U.S. and Canada (approximately 40–60%).
• Consult with clients and vendors to develop solutions to improve by-product management processes.
• Balance customer contract requirements with company profit initiatives.
• Provide assistance to customers on all aspects of waste and recycling.
• Identify opportunities that can be serviced by Envita Solutions.
• Scoping, risk assessment, and pricing of projects to ensure proper margin.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, scopes of work, and shipping volume reports.
• Act as an agent of business; develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
• Interface with internal customers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Assess and fulfill project needs, overseeing safety, adherence to timeframe, and costs.
• Visit sites to monitor progress, negotiate changes, and adjust costs as needed.
• Meet supplier partners to discuss and negotiate opportunities.
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients upon request.
• Review supplier and customer invoices for data and profit accuracy.
• Utilize Salesforce for opportunity tracking.
• Analyze complex financial scenarios and write proposals.
