Job summary

Envita Solutions is seeking an On-Site Program Manager to lead waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customers. You will work closely with the client’s Environmental Department to implement compliant waste solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include daily site and weekly RCRA inspections, coordinating recycling and waste shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong Excel skills and customer-facing communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in waste management industry is required.
• Preferred 5+ years in waste management industry.
• Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to write business proposals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily Site inspections.
• Conduct weekly RCRA inspections.
• Manage recycling programs and 90-day accumulation building.
• Schedule all waste shipments including recycling materials.
• Manage document tracking including reports to Environmental Department.
• Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities and pricing.
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients.

Individual will work closely with customer's Environmental Department.Essential FunctionsEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Conduct Daily Site inspectionsConduct weekly RCRA inspectionsWork with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management proceduresManage recycling programsManage the 90 day accumulation buildingSchedule all waste shipments including all recycling materialsManage all document tracking including reports to Environmental DepartmentManage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita SolutionsMeet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing and review current approvals.Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requestedAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.Education QualificationsRequired High School or EquivalentPreferred Bachelor's Degree Four year degreeExperience QualificationsRequired 1+ years waste management industryPreferred 5+ years experience in waste management industryRequired Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function.Must possess strong attention to detailSound communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft SuiteAbility to foster lasting relationships with clients and supplier partners.Must be comfortable building relationships in-person and remotely.Ability to be solve problems and provide solutions with limited direction.Ability to write business proposals.
