Job summary

Envita Solutions, LLC is seeking an On-site Program Manager to provide on-site coverage, implementing waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customers in coordination with their Environmental Departments.

The role emphasizes health and safety, site inspections, waste shipment scheduling, and managing documentation and supplier partnerships. Ideal candidates will have waste management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Required: High School or Equivalent; 1+ years of experience in the waste management industry.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years of experience in the waste management industry.
• Preferred: Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Conduct weekly RCRA inspections.
• Work with customers and vendors to implement improved waste management procedures.
• Manage recycling programs and the 90-day accumulation building.
• Schedule all waste shipments, including all recycling materials.
• Manage all documentation, including reports to the Environmental Department.
• Manage supplier subcontractors working on behalf of Envita Solutions.
• Meet with supplier partners to discuss disposal opportunities, negotiate pricing, and review current approvals.
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports for clients as requested.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.

On-site Program Management Role: The individual will provide on-site program management coverage by identifying, implementing, and maintaining waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customers. The individual will work closely with the customer's Environmental Department.

Education & Qualifications

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
