Job summary

Envita Solutions is seeking an On-Site Program Manager to oversee waste and by-product management at a large customer manufacturing site. You will manage daily rounds, ensure proper waste segregation, label roll-off boxes, and coordinate with vendors to optimize recycling streams.

You will assist the On-Site Manager, perform data entry, auditing, and reporting to help reduce waste, improve processes, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years manufacturing work environment required.

Overseeing all areas related to identifying, implementing, and maintaining by-product management programs at large customer manufacturing sites.Essential FunctionsEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Ensure roll off boxes are properly labeledPerform daily rounds on the outside perimeter of the plant to ensure proper waste segregationAssist the On-Site Program Manager to find alternative vendors for waste/recycling streams for better usesBack up for On-Site Manager for vacation and sick leavePerform daily inside routes to audit for waste segregation of waste containers and recycling binsConsult with customer and vendors to develop solutions to improve by-product management processWork with plant Environmental Specialists on recycling and waste deliveries and look for improvement of the recycling processOversee scheduling of by-products leaving the siteIssue the weekly waste audit report to the Environmental SpecialistAid On-Site Program Manager with data entry, charting, and analyzing the data in order to better strategize waste reductionAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.Education QualificationsRequired High School or EquivalentPreferred Bachelor's Degree 4-year degreeExperience QualificationsRequired 1+ years of manufacturing work environmentSkills and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and time management skills.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook).Good knowledge and understanding of various federal, state, and local industry-related regulations.Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.#EnvitaSolutions
