Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact for our programs in New York. You will align with the client’s objectives, manage daily recruitment activities, and drive performance through KPIs and SLAs.

You will build strong relationships with client HR and operations teams, lead a recruitment team, and deliver regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing relationships with client contacts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placement.
• Set and monitor KPIs and SLAs to drive performance.
• Understand client needs, business culture, and program expectations.
