Job summary

Adecco Group in New York seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and the escalation point for client questions. You will align with the client’s business objectives and foster a collaborative partnership.

You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive growth by retaining accounts, improving fill rates, and delivering high client satisfaction. Strong relationship-building and strategic planning are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of increased customer service levels and satisfaction and trusted relationships with colleagues/management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices compliant with federal and state laws and Company policies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by building relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction through surveys and reviews.
• Present monthly/quarterly business/performance reviews to leadership.
• Manage recruitment activities and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Price and sell services including conversions and placements.
• Develop knowledge of target industries and client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets.
