Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to serve as the primary client contact and drive strategic, long-term evolution of client programs. You will oversee daily recruitment activities, align with client objectives, and ensure performance against KPIs while maintaining strong relationships and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include growing and retaining accounts, pricing services, leading a recruitment team, and delivering regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred in the service provider industry.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop relationships with HR and Operations to foster business growth.
• Maintain high client satisfaction via surveys and reviews.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and permanent placements.
• Lead recruitment team and manage KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to the Director/VP.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; manage credit references.
