Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager in New York to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs. You will align with the client’s objectives and drive a collaborative partnership, overseeing daily recruitment and performance against KPIs and SLAs.

You will lead a recruitment team, develop strategic plans to grow accounts, and present regular business reviews to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts to drive growth.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular reviews and surveys.
• Price and sell staffing solutions (conversions, temporary, and perm placement).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs to meet client expectations and outcomes.
• Retain existing accounts while expanding fill rates and time-to-fill metrics.
