Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for our programs in the New York area. You will align client objectives with Adecco services and drive a collaborative partnership across teams.

The role focuses on growing accounts, managing daily recruitment activities, and delivering against KPIs and SLAs, while positioning programs for ongoing success and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction, strong client relationships, and ability to lead teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to directors or VPs.
• Price and sell staffing services including temp and perm placements.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and drive thought leadership for Adecco's solutions.
