Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Manager to serve as the primary contact for our clients and to align staffing programs with client business objectives. You will lead daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive the strategic direction of client programs.

You will mentor recruitment teams, maintain strong client relationships, and act as a Brand Ambassador while pricing and selling services. A strong track record in client satisfaction and team management is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Knowledge of current recruiting practices and related laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
• Strategic planning and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing effective working relationships with key client contacts.
• Achieve high client satisfaction levels as shown by surveys and reviews.
• Build a network of industry contacts via professional associations and networking.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to the Director/VP.
• Demonstrate company values in client-centric service delivery.
• Retain clients while maximizing fill rate, time-to-fill, and high NPS.
• Act as Brand Ambassador and participate in Thought Leadership activities.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temp and perm placements).
• Maintain knowledge of target industries, clients, roles, market share, and competition.
• Strive for innovation while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Plan to grow and retain existing and new accounts and clients.
• Compose reports and interpret data and trends.
• Understand Adecco Group's service portfolio and pricing.
• Understand client business, staffing needs, culture, and program expectations.
• Serve as escalation point for Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers.
• Ensure all client requirements meet SLA targets.
• Obtain credit references and establish client credit limits.
• Understand TOM and use it to strengthen relationships.
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
