Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of EW radar systems experience
• Experience producing requirements, ICDs, and V&V plans
• Active DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Systems Engineering focal point for the program
• Manage configuration, perform analysis, and translate requirements into hardware and software specs
• Guide cross‑functional teams and ensure adherence to SE processes
• Oversee system documentation and test plans
• Coordinate requirements analysis, design, integration, and testing
• Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies
