Job summary

You will drive growth and retention by building relationships with HR and Operations, achieving high client satisfaction, and guiding KPI-driven performance. A proven track record in service delivery and team leadership is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and successful client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs and escalation point for client questions.
• Lead daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and Operations to foster growth.
• Ensure client requirements and contracts are met and aligned with SLAs.
