Job summary

Adecco Group in New Hyde Park, NY seeks an Onsite Manager who serves as the primary client contact for our programs and an escalation point for client questions, aligning with the client’s objectives and building a collaborative partnership.

You will own the strategic evolution of the program, oversee daily recruitment, track KPIs and SLAs, lead teams to improve fill rate and NPS, price and sell services, and develop industry knowledge to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of improving customer service levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and foster client relationships.
• Price and sell services (conversions, temporary, perm).
• Lead recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, and client satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and credits are handled per guidelines.
