Job summary

Adecco Group in New York seeks an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact and strategic driver for our programs. You will lead recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and foster a collaborative partnership aligned with the client’s objectives.

You will grow and retain accounts, present performance reviews, and ensure SLA compliance while upholding Adecco’s standards and values across the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service management and client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for Adecco programs.
• Oversee daily recruitment/fulfillment activities and KPI achievement.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through reviews and surveys.
• Grow and retain accounts; build relationships with HR/Operations.
• Price and sell staffing services; understand client needs and culture.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
