Job summary

Adecco Group in New York is seeking an Onsite Manager to be the primary client contact for our programs and the escalation point for any client questions. You will align with the client’s business objectives and cultivate a collaborative partnership.

The Onsite Manager will oversee strategic, long-term evolution of the client program, manage daily recruitment activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continued success for teams and programs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Proven track record of increasing customer service levels and satisfaction, with enhanced responsibilities and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow & Retain Accounts.
• Create and develop effective working relationships with key client contacts to foster business growth.
• Achieve high levels of client satisfaction as shown by surveys and reviews.
• Establish networks through professional associations and networking.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Price and sell services including conversions, temporary and perm placement.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs while driving innovation in processes.
