Daily's Premium Meats LLC is seeking a Training Lead to coordinate and deliver on-the-floor training, ensuring skills-based growth and adherence to SOPs. You will assess trainee needs, adapt methods, and coach new hires one-on-one to reach proficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include daily updates to management, standardized training, and collaboration with the Training Manager to create onboarding plans.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 6 months or more in a food production environment is a plus.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and deliver skills-based training on the production floor.
• Assess trainee needs and adapt training style accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to new hires to reach proficiency.
• Ensure standardized training per written/electronic SOPs.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and quality training compliance.
• Update management on training objectives and results daily.
• Lead by example and coach others in best practices.
• Create training plans for new hires with Training Manager.
