Job summary

Daily's Premium Meats LLC is seeking a PM Pump Room Lead to help manage shift production, mentor staff, and ensure daily targets are met safely and efficiently.

You will supervise line workers, coordinate training, track hours, and uphold the Quality Management System while adhering to company policies.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, occasional heavier lifts, and willingness to work in a fast-paced meat processing environment; Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two to five years of production experience required, preferably in pork processing.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and manage shift employees.
• Direct and communicate policy changes as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate new employee training for the shift.
• Record attendance and hours, and prepare reports.
