Job summary

OPW Hamilton is hiring a Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate employees and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Hamilton, Ohio. You will apply visual management tools, support continual improvement, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or 5+ years of supervisory experience, with strong Lean knowledge and Oracle/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Oracle transactions/Ops systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate employees and processes to meet customer needs.
• Apply visual management tools and support continual improvement measures.
• Manage production shifts, monitor safety, quality and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and enforce company policies and ISO standards.
