The role requires 2–3 years of planning experience, ERP/MRP proficiency, and strong analytical skills for a fast-paced environment.

Salary commensurate with experience, with a posted range of $70,000 to $73,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-3 years in production planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed production schedules aligned with the Master Production Schedule to meet demand and capacity.
• Monitors progress and adjusts schedules in response to demand changes or issues.
• Identifies risks to timelines and escalates with mitigation steps; supports continuous improvement.
• Keeps ERP data accurate and generates reports on status, adherence, and KPIs.
