Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 2-3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed production schedules in line with the Master Production Schedule and customer demand.
• Monitors production progress and adjusts schedules in response to changes in demand or issues.
• Identifies risks to timelines and escalates with mitigation strategies; collaborates on continuous improvement of planning and on-time delivery.
• Maintains ERP data and generates routine reports on production status, schedule adherence, and KPIs.
