You'll create production schedules, monitor inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Customer Service to support on-time delivery and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, inventory control, supply chain, or scheduling (0-2 years).
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production schedules based on demand and inventory.
• Release work orders to ensure on-time production and shipment.
• Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service.
• Track progress and communicate schedule changes or delays.
• Monitor inventory and identify shortages impacting production.
• Maintain planning data in ERP system.
• Generate reports on production performance and scheduling efficiency.
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with forecasting and capacity planning.
• Participate in continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Ensure planning activities follow company policies.
