Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, or related manufacturing role.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, capacity, and priorities.
• Translate orders, forecasts, and material requirements into executable production plans.
• Schedule production orders and work centers to optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet commitments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible production and delivery.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and generate relevant schedule reports.
