Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in production planning or master scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with ERP/MRP environments and producing realistic schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule based on demand, backlog, and capacity.
• Translate demand into realistic short- and long-term production plans.
• Monitor schedules, adjust for changing demand, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Inventory, and Shipping to optimize capacity and material flow.
• Lead planning meetings and support continuous improvements in scheduling processes.
